Overview

Refunds or cancellations are strictly not allowed once the payment has been successfully made. By completing a transaction, customers acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined during the purchase process.

However, we do provide refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Out of Stock or Insufficient Stock
    – If we are unable to fulfil your order due to lack of stock, either partially or fully.

  2. Defective Items
    – If the items received are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers are required to notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product, along with photo proof.

  3. Fulfilling Errors Made by LEGACY SPORTS
    – If the issue was caused by our mistake, such as:

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Wrong item shipped

    • Other order fulfilment errors

In these cases, customers are entitled to request a refund or replacement, subject to our review and approval. To request a refund under these conditions, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6011-27287913 with your order details and supporting evidence.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at azuralgc.sports@gmail.com and send your item to: 54A, Jalan Uda Utama 4/1, Bandar Uda Utama, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta’zim.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
